U.S. Government Releases New Dollar Coin

One of these coins was given to me and rather than goof and spend it, I put it away.  I was also given two scratch tickets and first coin I grabbed was this $1 coin and it wouldn't scratch properly so I put it back and got a quarter!!  When I studied the $1 coin again, the reason it wouldn't scratch is that there are words written on the edge of the coin. "In God We Trust" are four of those words. In tiny print so small, I double checked again with a magnifying glass!!  I see no reason why those four words should be hard to find on our coins and currency anymore!!

There are emails going around saying "In God We Trust" is missing. and saying:
If ever there was a reason to boycott something, THIS IS IT!!!!
DO NOT ACCEPT THE NEW DOLLAR COINS AS CHANGE.
Together we can force them out of circulation.

Nope, it's just hidden. I don't know which is worse, leaving it off completely or hiding it as if in embarassment.
